Staff responsiveness stood out, especially Sana, who helped organize a lovely anniversary surprise without extra charge. The hotel's location is quite advantageous with nice restaurants and parks nearby, perfect for relaxation or an evening out. The airport shuttle was punctual and courteous, reducing travel-related stress. While Marnas Hotels might lean toward luxury, the services provided-like laundry, wi-fi, and room service-enhance the overall value. It's an experience that marries comfort with accessibility, perfect for those wanting to explore East Africa ethically while enjoying a touch of elegance.
